I have spent the past 43 years in the service, hospitality and quality-control business. I managed full-service restaurants for over 20 years. I have also worked in outside and inside sales and now have been self-employed for the past 20 years.I have focused on strong leadership, extremely high standards regarding service and quality of products, whether it is food and beverage or cleaning/restoration of a client's home.
I have studied great leaders such John Maxwell, Stephen Covey, Wayne Dyer, Tom Peters, Zig Ziglar among others who have made me the person that I am today. Ahead of all of these GREAT leaders, my first and greatest mentor was my Dad. My Dad taught me the values and belief systems that are still a part of my life today. My passion is adding value to other people's lives. My passion is trying to encourage others and to give others belief in themselves.
I am 62 years of age and I feel like the next 15 years will be some of my best years. God still believes that I have work to do and that is good enough for me.

I will be talking with guests who have had to overcome a "Setback" in their life and how they overcame this setback to make a "Comeback". These setbacks could be financial, health, physical, emotional, dependency issues, etc. We ALL have had setbacks in our lives and I want to share INSPIRATIONAL stories for my listeners in order to give hope, encouragement and the BELIEF that we all have the ability to COMEBACK from a SETBACK.
